We are a text base salon and are by appointments only. When booking via text, your credit card information will be collected, put into our system. — Online booking is also available! — All new clients are required to book a consultation appointment. No exceptions. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule your appointment. We require a 72 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case the 72 hours notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling. INJULIEWETRUST reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. CANCELLATION POLICY We require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. You are prohibited from scheduling any future appointments should this happen more than once. No Refunds. We do not offer refunds of any kind. DEPOSITS| Deposits are required for every appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule, another deposit is required. Both deposits will then go towards your scheduled appointment. Should you need to reschedule a second time, you forfeit both deposits and will be required to place another deposit for your new appointment. No call/no shows will result in losing any/all deposits/fees paid and will not be able to make another appointment. Salon Courtesy. We understand that working remotely during a hair appointment makes it easier to be in a salon, however, please be courteous to the guests and stylists within the salon. If you need to have almost complete silence for a work meeting, call etc., we are not able to accommodate you. It would be completely unfair to our other guests. Confirmation Text/Email: Please note to confirm your appointments. As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text/msg via email and text that will require you to reply. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/canceled appointment and/or a cancellation fee. No Additional Guests, Children, or Animals For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon. We do not allow children, animals or additional guest without an appointment at the salon. For clients under the age of 18 years old, parents/guardian are required to sign off but may not wait in the salon or sit in for appointment. Hair History Transparency: It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage cause to the hair because of information withheld by the client during consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of the salon. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. There are no exceptions to our policies.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Clients will be charged 50% of the booked services if cancellations are 48 hrs prior to the appt. Same day cancellation (within 12 hours of the appointment), clients will be charged 100% of the services booked.
No show no calls will be charged 100% of services booked. Deposits or fees paid prior are forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment. Should it happen more than once, you are prohibited from making any future appointments
Consultation fees are non refundable.
